We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 3-5 business days. Here, we are listing some our common shipping ways and estimated delivery time for your products.

(1) Order Service: Order Processing Time within 3-5 Business Days; Shipping Time within 7-14 Business Days;
(2) Shipping Ways: DHL/UPS/FedEx

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

Order Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). 
Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Taxes & Duties
All our prices include all customs duties and taxes, so you won't have to pay extra. 

Damage in transit
Breakage may occur in rare cases. Please don't worry! We have the risk of breakage. please contact us, and we will send you the replacements free of cost.
