Furnara offers free shipping on all products within the United States. All orders are shipped using secure and traceable carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and a tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

All prices include taxes and duties, with no additional charges upon delivery.

In rare cases of transit damage, please contact us and we will provide free replacement parts or a replacement product.

Return & Refund

Furnara is committed to providing high-quality lighting products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Lamp shades and all parts must be included. (Bulbs are gifts and not covered by warranty.)
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are treated as returns and re-orders. Customized items cannot be exchanged.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@furnara.com within 48 hours. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • Order Cancellation: Customized products cannot be canceled. Non-customized orders can be canceled any time before shipping for a full refund.

Thank you very much for your interest in our lights, we plan events every month where you can take advantage of the corresponding discounts! The quality of our lamps definitely matches the price.
Materials: We use natural brass and K9 crystals as well as imported alabaster from Spain and other materials for our products, we are not using cheap and environmentally unfriendly materials.
Craftsmanship: All lights are handmade by workers to open the mold, injection molding, coloring and assembly, not assembly line mass production, but craftsmanship.
Transportation and Packaging: Double packing with carton and wooden box can protect the lamps well, and free shipping and tax.
After-sale: provide timely customer service, 30 days warranty and 2 years after-sale for sold products, any problems can be found on our website.

How soon will I receive the lights?

  • We will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance.

What if I want to customize it?

We offer custom service, you can contact us by email (support@furnara.com) and tell us your customization requirements. Our designers will try their best to help you realize your ideas. Let everyone can design their favorite lights. And we will make them from our factory and ship them to you by air, no middleman, affordable price.

  1. An image or simply a design drawing of the chandelier that you want.
  2. The specific color that you want for the base, like gold or chrome.
  3. The specific size about the width, depth and height, like W 32” X D 10” X H 10”.

How do I know which power supply to use?

Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp, and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application.

Calculate the total wattage of the tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft.

Select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.

U.S. conventional voltage: 110 ~ 120V.

European conventional voltage: 120 ~ 240V.

We can also customize it according to your needs.

How can I cancel an order?

You can contact us to help you cancel your order. However, you will need to contact us before your order is dispatched. Once your fixture is out of stock or has been shipped, we will not be able to help you cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding!
